Here are some quick pointers to get you up and tsuing :
1) Upload your profile and cover photos then complete your bio, links, etc. More interactions will occur if people can see you are not a faceless soul.
2) Before you do anything else go to your notification settings and turn off some or all of the email notifications or your email Inbox will be overflowing!
3) Check out people I am friends @TengoLoTodo with to find some people to friend or follow so you have content in your feed. Also do hashtag searches to find people with similar interests (the search is on the hashtag name not the name of the person).
4) Monitor who you friend / or follow - think about your feed - remove people who post nonsense (in your opinion anyway) and report people who post anything that tells you to like or share to earn money - that is against TOS and is SPAM! Read the TOS if you are unclear as what is allowed or not http://www.tsu.co/terms
5) Explore the site, create some posts and start interacting. Read the FAQs at http://tsu.co/faq.
6) Accept the fact that there might be some bugs, that some features such as formatting and editing are lacking or non-existent. The site is only a couple of weeks old. The developer is @antlong - follow him to stay up-to-date but for problems or questions, email support@tsu.co.
7) Socialize after all it is social media site not a broadcast network. Comment on other people's posts. Make friends. Have fun.
8) Once you are comfortable here and decide for yourself if you like it and plan to stick around, start building your own network by telling your friends about it.
You can send email invites or tweet , or just give your shortcode to people.
9) This isn't a get-rich-quick scheme. If you think it is you will be disappointed. On the other hand, don't get discouraged if you start out only making pennies a day. If you are thinking long term, you will work on providing value, making friends and growing your network to be wide and deep. I don't know what the potential is but I am thinking a few extra hundred a month is a possibility over time.
10) Don't ignore your other networks and relationships. It hurts people when their friends leave a network. If you decide this is going to be your "new home" that's fine, but make sure you go visit the others often and keep those valuable friendships alive.
More Tips: - Read the FAQ http://www.tsu.co/settings/faq
1) You can follow up to 1000 people. Follow is one way - you see their content in your stream - they don't see yours.
2) You can friend up to 5000 people but can only have 50 requests outstanding in 7 days. Friends are two-way relationships.
3) If you are friends you don't have to follow.
4) There are limits to the number of posts and reshares per day. This is new to control spam and I believe they are 36 posts including 8 shares but I'm not certain and they will likely be adjusted again.
5) You can turn off friend requests if they get overwhelming
